About the role NomoTrade is scaling its IB/Partnerships acquisition engine and is looking for a Partner Operations specialist to run the operational backbone of the department. This role ensures partners are onboarded cleanly, tracking is correct, reporting is reliable, and internal workflows (Compliance/Payments/CRM) don’t become bottlenecks. You’ll work closely with IB BDMs, Team Leads, and leadership to keep partner operations fast, accurate, and auditable. What you’ll do (Key Responsibilities) * Own the partner onboarding workflow end-to-end: intake → due diligence coordination → tracking setup → activation readiness → operational handover * Ensure tracking QA: correct subIDs/postbacks, link testing, attribution checks, and documentation of setups * Maintain clean CRM discipline for partner records: mandatory fields, documents, commercial terms, approvals, audit trail * Coordinate partner setup with internal teams: Compliance (claims/creatives/KYC rules), Payments/Finance (payout schedule, invoicing), and Support (escalations) * Run a structured activation readiness checklist so BDMs can launch partners without missing dependencies * Execute weekly reporting pack inputs: partner status, activation timelines, disputes, payout readiness, and risk flags * Manage operational exceptions and disputes: tracking disputes, payout clarifications, documentation requests, and approvals routing * Maintain and improve the Notion knowledge base: SOPs, checklists, partner templates, and enablement materials * Support internal enablement: help produce training manuals/how-to guides for BDMs and partner-facing materials (website navigation, account types, deposit/withdraw flows, common troubleshooting)
What you bring (Requirements) * 1–3+ years in operations in FX/CFD brokerage, fintech, affiliate/partner ops, or performance marketing ops * Comfortable with tracking concepts (subIDs, attribution, postbacks), structured troubleshooting, and audit trails * Strong attention to detail, process discipline, and ability to manage multiple workflows in parallel * Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting routines * Clear written communication; fluent English (other languages a plus)
