What is the Role About As Director of Affiliate, you will own the end-to-end growth of our performance partnership channels. You will build and scale the affiliate and Introducing Broker ecosystem from the ground up — defining strategy, acquiring and onboarding high-quality partners, structuring commercial models, and driving profitable FTD and LTV growth. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct impact on revenue, unit economics, and market expansion.
What You Will Do: * Develop and implement a global strategy to grow the Affiliate programs * Attract, onboard, and develop key partners (Affiliates, influencers) across international markets * Build and manage a reward system (CPA, CPL, RevShare) with transparent analytics and linkage to unit economics * Manage partnership channel budgets, plan sales volume, and CAC/LTV * Organize and lead an international team of Affiliate managers * Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of partnership channels (FTD, ROI, LTV, ARPU) and implement optimizations to increase profitability * Introduce fraud control and risk-management systems to detect fraudulent traffic and improve client quality * Develop and implement specialized software/CRM for partner network management * Participate in international expos and events (iFX Expo, SiGMA, Affiliate World) and organize meetings with key partners * Coordinate with Legal & Compliance on contract terms, payout policy, and partner KYC * Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve shared KPIs
What you bring: * 5+ years of experience in Forex/CFD/Fintech or related industries * Proven track record in scaling affiliate programs * Experience operating on a global level (LatAm, Asia, Europe, MENA) * Strong understanding of CPA/RevShare models and local partner networks * Skills in building partner analytics systems (BI tools, tracking platforms) * Experience managing budgets of $1M+ * Knowledge of the trader lifecycle and the partner’s influence on retention * Experience building and managing international teams * English level — B2+ * Excellent negotiation skills, readiness for frequent business trips, and in-person meetings with top partners * Leadership qualities: ability to motivate and structure processes in a multicultural environment
Nice to Have: * Spanish language proficiency * Knowledge of local traffic channels and influencers in key regions * Understanding of regulatory and compliance specifics across jurisdictions * Experience participating in major international expos and conferences (iFX Expo, SiGMA, Affiliate World).
