Responsibilities: * Administering Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and related systems. * Managing access controls, roles, permissions, and groups. * Ensuring compliance with security policies. * Managing Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket in cloud environments. * Supporting users with workspace and project setup, permission configuration, and automation. * Handling user requests via Helpdesk. * Onboarding new employees. * Managing IT assets and inventory. * Maintaining documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting.Implementing information security controls.
Requirements: * Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 and related systems. * Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket. * Knowledge of information security principles and controls. * Experience managing user accounts, access permissions, and roles. * Experience in onboarding and supporting end users. * Upper-intermediate level of English.
