We are seeking a skilled Middle Project Manager with a proven track record in IT and digital solution delivery. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring successful outcomes—on time and within budget.

You’ll be responsible for navigating challenges, aligning teams, and ensuring the tangible implementation of initiatives. Required Qualifications * Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management * Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies * Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project) * Experience with Microsoft Azure (delivery, migration, integration, or management) * Strong documentation skills (requirements, plans, presentations) * Excellent communication, negotiation, and listening skills * Expertise in risk analysis, process optimization, and conflict resolution * Self-driven, responsible, and capable of multitasking * Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications * Experience in product-based IT companies or digital agencies * Relevant certifications (Scrum Master, PMP, IPMA) * Experience working with distributed teams * Basic technical understanding (SDLC, CI/CD, programming fundamentals)
