We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Affiliate / Brand Manager to join our iGaming affiliate network team. This is an entry-level role within one of the fastest-growing and highest-paying digital industries.
In this role, you will support relationships with affiliates and brands, assist with performance tracking, and help scale our affiliate network. This position is ideal for someone eager to enter the iGaming industry, learn quickly, and grow fast. Key Responsibilities
• Assist with onboarding, activating, and supporting new affiliates and brands
• Maintain daily communication with affiliates and brand partners
• Support operational requests, offers setup, and general account management
• Monitor affiliate and brand performance and help prepare basic performance reports
• Assist with launching, managing, and optimizing affiliate and brand promotions
• Ensure tracking links, campaigns, and offers are correctly set up and maintained
• Build long-term relationships with affiliates and brand partners
• Coordinate internally with marketing, product, and operations teams
Requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High interest in digital marketing and the iGaming industry
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High motivation, ambition, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Basic analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Languages: English is required; Russian and/or Ukrainian is a strong advantage
