We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Engineer to join a long-term project. The successful candidate will work as part of an autonomous 4-person team to transform existing developments into a new 2GP managed package for the Pharma market.
You will operate independently as a team while staying aligned with a large-scale client organization comprising dozens of Salesforce engineers. You will own the release process and solve engineering tasks that offer significant professional growth. This project provides a unique opportunity to gain advanced product development experience within a complex ecosystem.
This is you * 5+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer. * Expertise in Sales, Service, Experience Cloud or/and others are a plus. * Advanced proficiency in Apex, Aura, and LWC. * Experience building and releasing 2GP managed packages. * Strong knowledge of configuration, security, and process automation. * Experience building integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware). * Expertise performance optimization, and data management best practices. * Hands-on with CI/CD tools (SFDX, Change Sets, etc.). * Relevant Salesforce Certifications. * Advanced level of Ukrainian and Upper-Intermediate level of English.
This is your role * Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and solutions, including 2GP managed packages; * Develop and maintain custom Lightning components (LWC, Aura) and Apex classes/triggers; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce implementations; * Lead and participate in code reviews and design discussions to ensure high-quality and efficient solutions; * Manage Salesforce integrations with external systems to support end-to-end business processes.
