We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Administrator for our US-based Client’s team — the World’s Largest Photo Booth Manufacturer. This role focuses on owning, maintaining, and continuously improving the systems and automations that support teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Product, Design, Support, and Finance.
Project — is a complex ecosystem of business-critical platforms and integrations that enable efficient cross-department collaboration, scalable operations, and data-driven decision-making. The project involves designing workflows, building automations, maintaining integrations, and improving end-to-end processes across the organization.
Must have: * 5+ years in a technical systems, automation, or enterprise applications role. * Hands-on experience administering Jira in a multi-department environment. * Experience with business-critical systems (accounting, inventory, ERP, CRM, or similar). * Strong understanding of process modeling and workflow design. * Experience building and maintaining system integrations. * Comfort working with sensitive data and access controls. * Excellent written documentation and communication skills. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment. * Upper-Intermediate English and better.
Nice to have: * Experience with QuickBooks, Fishbowl, or similar inventory/accounting platforms. * API scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, etc.). * Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or hardware environments. * Familiarity with hybrid on-prem + cloud systems. * Background as a software engineer, DevOps engineer, or systems analyst.
Responsibilities: * Own and administer core business systems used across the company, including Jira and other enterprise platforms. * Design, build, and maintain automations and integrations between systems. * Improve end-to-end workflows across departments to reduce manual work and friction. * Maintain permissions, governance, and documentation for sensitive systems. * Ensure systems are reliable, auditable, and well-understood. * Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and tooling.
