We’re looking for a Junior .NET (WPF) Software Engineer to join an educational project. The team includes a PM, .NET WPF Developer, 3 QAs, 2 Android Developers, and 2 iOS Developers.
RESPONSIBILITIES: * Follow and improve project architecture, code style, and best practices; * Contribute to improving project processes, methodologies, and guidelines; * Estimate tasks and features, align estimates with the team; * Create and maintain technical documentation; * Discuss and explain technical solutions and requirements with clients; * Mentor team members and support task delivery; * Support team growth through technical feedback and goal setting
REQUIREMENTS: * 2+ years of commercial experience with .NET; * Experience with WPF and ADO.NET; * Good understanding of MVVM, SOLID principles, and Git; * Experience with XAML and data binding; * Ability to work with existing codebases and debug issues; * Team player with strong communication skills; * Strong Intermediate English or higher.
