What we’re missing is a senior sales owner, someone who will take full responsibility for sales, challenge how things are done today, and build a system that’s ready for the next level of growth. What this role is really about This is not a “manage what already exists” role.
This role is about owning sales as a system and rebuilding it to match the scale of the business. * Owning the entire B2C sales function end-to-end * Auditing the current sales setup and identifying growth bottlenecks * Improving conversion, quality of communication, and sales efficiency on existing inbound traffic * Building scalable sales processes, not manual heroics * Redesigning motivation, commission models, and unit economics * Raising the bar of sales quality, language level, and professionalism * Preparing sales for further scaling and new markets
What you’ll work with * B2C, inbound sales model * High-volume traffic, fast sales cycles * 10 sales professionals, and a Customer Support team * Remote team (Ukraine / Europe) * UAE market (with international expansion ahead) * Lead generation is already in place, your focus is conversion, quality, structure, and scale.
This role is for you if * You’ve worked in B2C sales long enough to understand what works, what starts to break at scale, and what needs to change as a company grows.This role suits someone who enjoys improving how sales actually operate day to day: how leads are handled, how conversations happen, how performance is measured, and how the team grows stronger over time * You have a clear, confident English, as most sales communication happens in an international environment * You’re comfortable taking full ownership of a sales function: looking at the team, the process, and the results, and deciding what should stay, what should be improved, and what should be rebuilt * You are comfortable working with large revenue volumes (millions per month is not intimidating) * You think in systems, funnels, unit economics, and long-term scalability * You are used to making decisions independently and taking responsibility for outcomes
