Come Back Agency builds digital products for the US market. We create web platforms and mobile apps used by real users every day. We’re looking for a Lead Generation Manager who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and ready to help us find new clients.
What You’ll Do: * Search for potential clients on Upwork and send them collaboration proposals; * Create outreach messages in English using templates with ChatGPT assistance; * Maintain communication with the team during working hours.
What We’re Looking For: * English level B1 and higher (written) — you should be able to read, review, and send error-free messages; * Basic understanding of IT technologies — you should know the difference between frontend, backend, mobile development, web development, etc.; * Basic understanding of lead generation — what it is and how it differs from sales or recruiting; * Soft skills — easy to communicate with, proactive, and responsible.
Nice to have: * Experience in sourcing, research, or lead generation; * Strong attention to detail.
