Responsibilities: * Support and improve core HR processes, including adaptation, onboarding/offboarding, performance assessment, employee development, and motivation * Partner with managers on day-to-day people-related issues, providing support, facilitating discussions, and influencing decision-making * Build effective communication with employees and team leads; resolve conflicts and find balanced solutions during regular 1:1 meetings * Maintain and promote corporate culture, ensuring alignment with company values * Design, implement, and support employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with the HR team, focusing on measurable outcomes and data insights * Contribute to developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
Requirements: * At least 1.5 years of experience as an HR professional, with a focus on managing the employee lifecycle * Familiarity with HRIS * English B1+ * Familiarity with HR analytics * Knowledge of HR best practices and employee engagement techniques
