You will be joining a deeply user-centric UX Design & Research team, which consists of creative problem-solvers, designers, and researchers obsessed with understanding the “why” behind every user interaction. Our culture is rooted in radical empathy, iterative prototyping, and evidence-based design. We don’t just build interfaces; we architect complex ecosystems where physical gadgets and digital experiences meet.
As the only Product Manager in the company, you will be embedded directly within this creative engine to ensure our product vision is grounded in user reality from Day 1. This is a rare opportunity to define the company’s product culture from the ground up, acting as the strategic bridge between our design laboratory and engineering execution. We are looking for a partner who breathes design thinking but brings the rigorous strategic structure needed to ship sophisticated, hardware-enabled products.
Job Summary
We are looking for a visionary Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of the physical and digital worlds. In this role, you will take full ownership of our connected gadgets and digital ecosystem. We expect a high level of autonomy; you won’t just be managing a backlog, you will be defining the roadmap.
We need a partner who can speak “Engineering” to hardware partners, “User” to design colleagues, and “Business” to stakeholders. If you are excited by the challenge of synchronizing hardware manufacturing timelines with agile software sprints, this role is for you.
Responsibilities and Duties
— Define and maintain the 18–24 month product roadmap, ensuring total alignment between business goals and user needs — Manage the complex lifecycle of connected devices, synchronizing hardware gates (EVT/DVT/PVT) with agile app and cloud release cycles — Translate abstract ideas into rigorous Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), functional specifications, and user stories — Serve as the central hub connecting Industrial Design, Hardware Engineering, Firmware, Mobile App, and Cloud teams — Define specific KPIs and analyze market data to validate features, optimize pricing, and decide on the product’s next evolution — Partner with Marketing to define value propositions, packaging, and launch mechanics for new hardware products — Establish the templates, workflows, and best practices for the product management function from the ground up.
Qualifications and Skills
— Extensive experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of shipping consumer electronics or IoT devices from concept to launch — Exceptional cross-functional influence, with the ability to lead without authority and drive alignment between engineering, design, and business stakeholders — Strategic ownership and self-guidance, thriving in ambiguous “0 to 1” environments where you must bring order to chaos and set your own direction — Technical depth sufficient to discuss trade-offs regarding Bluetooth/Wi-Fi, firmware constraints, and battery life with specialized engineers — A Design-Thinking mindset that values the “human” side of technology as much as the technical side, ensuring empathy is at the core of every product decision — Analytical proficiency with tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL, or Tableau to drive evidence-based decision-making — Expertise in technical writing, specifically in creating clear, unambiguous PRDs and functional specifications — At least an Upper-Intermediate level in both written and spoken English (B2).
Nice to have
— Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field — Experience with Figma or hardware prototyping (Arduino/Raspberry Pi) to test concepts — Familiarity with BOM (Bill of Materials) management, manufacturing logistics, or FCC/CE certifications.
We offer multiple benefits that include
— The environment of equal opportunities, transparent and value-based corporate culture, and an individual approach to each team member — Competitive compensation and perks. Annual performance review — Gig-contract — 21 paid vacation days per year, paid public holidays according to Ukrainian legislation — Development opportunities like corporate courses, knowledge hubs, and free English classes as well as educational leaves — Medical insurance is provided from day one. Sick leaves and medical leaves are available — Remote working mode is available within Ukraine only — Free meals, fruits, and snacks when working in the office.
