What experience is important: * 3–5+ years of experience in CRM/retention/email marketing in iGaming (casino/betting); * Practical experience working with at least the following channels: Email/Push/In-app/SMS; * Experience in building a multi-channel strategy from scratch and achieving measurable growth: CR / LTV / deposits; * Deep understanding of iGaming metrics: GGR / NGR / Turnover / ARPU / LTV; * Experience with trigger and automated campaigns; * StrongA/B testing and data-driven optimization skills; * Excellent understanding of deliverability and ESP; * Experience integrating with Smartico / CRM / retention toolsl * Copywriting skills for a gambling audience (offers, bonuses, urgency)l * English — Upper-Intermediate+.
Responsibilities: * Development and implementation of end-to-end email/CRM strategies throughout the player’s lifecycle * Management of all types of communications:
SPF/DKIM/DMARC, database cleaning, sender reputation monitoring. * Email and CRM integration with other channels and tools:
Smartico, CRM, push/SMS/in-app. * Analytics and reporting:
OR, CTR, CR, ROI, contribution to deposits and LTV, attribution. Reducing churn and increasing repeat deposits through targeted reactivation. * Localization of content and offers for Southeast Asian markets, taking into account:
language, culture, regulatory restrictions.
Would be a big plus: * Experience working with Southeast Asian markets: PH, TH, VN, ID, MY; * Understanding of local payment systems, bonus mechanics, and player behavior * Experience scaling CRM to new GEOs.
