What product will you be working on?
Headway is our flagship app, offering summaries of nonfiction bestsellers, daily insights, and gamified challenges. Headway is the world’s most downloaded book summary app and has been featured as App of the Day in over 30 countries, including the US, the UK, and Canada. What will you do: * Generate ideas and launch communication campaigns (email, push and in-app messages) * Analyze performance and draw insights from all launches (working with key metrics) * Segment audiences and build user communication sequences * Collaborate with designers, writers, and product teams to create a cohesive user journey * Run A/B tests and analyze results
What do you need to join us: * You have 2+ years of experience in email marketing * You’ve worked with ESP tools (Customer.io, Iterable, eSputnik, MailChimp, or others) * Your superpower is creativity — you enjoy generating ideas and aren’t afraid to experiment * You understand how to craft user communications to achieve various goals and are confident in product metrics * You can segment audiences based on behavior * Experience with A/B testing would be a plus * Your English is Upper-Intermediate or higher * Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).
