What You’ll Own: * Act as a force multiplier to our Founder-CEO — streamlining ops, unblocking projects, owning follow-through, and keeping the business in sync and on fire. * Drive multiple complex initiatives at once with precision, autonomy, and ruthless prioritization. * Keep chaos out and clarity in — managing information, deadlines, team dynamics, and CEO focus. * Support high-level communications, decision-making, and stakeholder coordination across departments and time zones. * Handle confidential, sensitive, and mission-critical matters with sharp judgment and complete discretion.
You’re the Right Fit If You: Have experience supporting C-suite in hyper-growth startups or venture-backed companies. * Are a master of structure: you bring calm to chaos, clarity to complexity, and action to ambiguity. * Have elite organizational skills and love building repeatable, efficient systems. * Write and communicate in clear, persuasive English (C1+), adapting your tone to context like a pro. * Can juggle 17 tasks, 4 time zones, and a 200-mph founder — and still hit inbox zero before lunch. * Operate with unshakeable discretion and business maturity. * Live in tools like Notion, ClickUp, Slack, CRMs, and AI assistants — or teach us new ones.
