One-V is a boutique web development company specializing in WordPress builds and long-term site support. We partner closely with startups and large enterprises, handling projects ranging from lightweight corporate pages to interactive VR portals. With a small team of fewer than 25, we value clear, thoughtful, and enjoyable communication.
About the Role:
We are looking for an Elementor Developer who understands Elementor as a system and architecture, not just as a visual page builder. This role requires deep technical knowledge and the ability to build custom widgets, templates, and logic, rather than assembling pages from pre-made sections.
Responsibilities
— Develop custom Elementor widgets from scratch using the Widgets API
— Create and maintain: (Section Templates, Page Templates, Theme Builder Templates (Header, Footer, Single, Archive, etc.))
— Work with Dynamic Content: (WordPress core data, ACF and custom fields)
— Have solid WordPress knowledge: (hooks, CPTs, meta fields)
— Can work without a pre-built theme, or deeply customize an existing one
Nice to Have
— Experience developing Elementor plugins or addons
— Understanding differences between Elementor, Divi and Gutenberg
— Core Web Vitals optimization
— Experience with high-traffic websites
How to Know This Role Is for You
If for you:
— treat Elementor as a framework, not just a UI tool — understand that a “custom block” means a custom widget — see Theme Builder as a logic layer, not just design — then we speak the same language.
Important: We do not consider candidates who use Elementor exclusively as a visual page builder.
If your experience is limited to assembling pages from ready-made widgets, templates, and themes — without building custom Elementor widgets or understanding Elementor’s internal architecture — please do not apply.
We are looking for a developer who works with Elementor at the code level: creating custom widgets, extending functionality via API, hooks, and filters, working with Theme Builder and dynamic data — not someone who only “builds layouts visually”.
What we offer:
— Friendly and professional team of 25 — Remote work, Monday-Friday 10:00 — 19:00 Kyiv time — Competitive salary and project-based bonuses — 12 paid vacation days per year — Paid sick leave and Ukrainian public holidays — Professional development courses covered by the company
Why join us: If you love creating clean, modern, and responsive frontend solutions while working with WordPress, and value a friendly, professional team environment, you’ll feel right at home at One-V.
