The Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, results-driven Global Talent Sourcer to help us find and hire the people who make companies grow.
Skills & Experience: * 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Sourcer, or Talent Acquisition Specialist * Demonstrated ability to attract and engage high-quality candidates across corporate and/or technical roles * Strong prioritization and organizational skills; able to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-moving environment * Exceptionally detail-oriented, with a track record of accurately tracking candidates and maintaining clean, up-to-date ATS data * Clear, concise communicator with strong written and verbal skills
What You’ll Do: * Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for engineering and corporate roles through proactive candidate identification and outreach across multiple channels. * Screening applicants for qualifications, technical fit (where applicable), and role alignment. * Utilize advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify passive candidates in competitive markets * Coordinating interviews and managing scheduling to ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams. * Partner with TA team to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions * Work with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain data integrity and ensure smooth pipeline management. * Stay informed about industry trends, emerging talent pools, and innovative sourcing techniques
