* 0.5–5 years of experience in performance marketing or strong analytical background (BI, PPC, e-commerce, or similar).
* Solid analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
* Familiarity with Meta/TikTok/Google Ads — hands-on experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
* Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
* English level: Upper Intermediate.

Your day-to-day in this position:
* Assist in managing UA campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other channels.
* Monitor daily KPIs and performance trends; perform data pulls and build weekly reports.
* Execute creative tests, audience setups, and campaign optimization tasks.
* Work with the creative team on briefing, evaluating, and iterating on ad concepts.
* Support experiments related to landing pages, CPPs, and funnel improvement.
* Collaborate with product, CRM, and data teams to identify growth opportunities.
* Help track attribution events and troubleshoot discrepancies with AppsFlyer/Adjust.
* Stay on top of UA best practices, competitive trends, and platform updates.
