We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to drive initial market engagement and qualify opportunities that fuel our growth. Key Responsibilities: You will be primarily responsible for prospecting, qualification, and initial outreach to generate high-quality, “Hot” leads that convert into new business opportunities for UnioTech. * Campaign Execution: Own and execute outbound lead generation campaigns across key digital channels, primarily through targeted Email and LinkedIn outreach. * Lead Generation: Systematically identify, research, and qualify Leads using predefined platforms and market research tools. * Data Management & Enrichment: Accurately enrich Lead data and diligently update and maintain the integrity of prospect information within the CRM system. * Opportunity Hand-off: Initiate communication with Prospects, effectively articulate the value proposition, and successfully arrange and schedule meetings for the Business Development Manager. * Strategic Collaboration: Work in close partnership with the Business Development Managers to refine the lead generation strategy and establish best practices. * Process Optimization: Proactively analyze current workflows and suggest continuous improvements to the Lead Generation process for greater efficiency and results.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly persistent and results-oriented individual ready to dive into the sales process. * Communication Excellence: Fluency in English (Advanced level or higher) with exceptional written communication skills (critical for cold outreach). * Detail-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to manage complex data and maintain great attention to detail in all prospecting activities. * Proactive & Driven: A strong sense of proactivity and a clear result-oriented mindset. * Tech Savvy: Readiness and enthusiasm to quickly learn and effectively utilize different sales automation tools and technologies. * Persistence & Resilience: A persistent approach is required for success in outbound lead generation.
Would be a plus: * Prior experience in B2B IT lead generation, general sales, or a customer service/SDR role. * Hands-on experience with specific sales automation tools (e.g., CRM, Emailing platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
