We’re looking for a hands-on Game Designer who can both design new features and run LiveOps for a dress-up / avatar mobile game. You will improve the core loops (wardrobe, fashion show, social engagement), design new systems and UX flows, and operate content in a way that keeps players coming back.
Qualifications
Feature & System Design (Core) * Design new features and improvements for: * Wardrobe / outfit building, shop & item discovery * Fashion show / theme-based competition flow * Social engagement loops (lightweight interactions, progression hooks) * Produce clear design deliverables: * Feature specs (requirements, edge cases, acceptance criteria) * UX flows / user journeys (especially first 30 minutes) * Economy/reward tables and progression pacing * Work closely with developers to ensure features are implementable, iterate quickly, and ship
LiveOps & Content * Plan and operate weekly/monthly LiveOps calendars (themes, events, rewards, rotations) * Define item update cadence and “first introduction” moments for new items * Coordinate with Art on sets, mix-and-match rules, and visual merchandising (“rich shop” feeling) * Balance premium currency, ad-reward items, and shop offers to protect revenue + player trust
Data & Iteration * Use KPI signals (D1/D7/D30, session length, conversion, stability impact) to propose improvements * Run small A/B tests or controlled experiments when possible
Requirements * 3+ years in mobile F2P game design, ideally including LiveOps * Strong understanding of dress-up motivation: collection, identity, discovery, variety, self-expression * Ability to write in English and manage work in Jira/Confluence/Miro * Solid economy sense (soft/premium currency sinks & sources, reward pacing) * Strong ownership and follow-through (design → implement → measure → iterate)
Nice to Have * Experience with avatar / dress-up / fashion competition games * Familiarity with analytics tools (Firebase, Adjust, Amplitude, etc.) * Unity pipeline awareness (no coding required)
How to Apply * CV * 1–2 examples of features you designed (short write-up or portfolio)
Interview Process * First Interview(30-45 minutes) * Practical Test * Technical Interview (60-90 minutes) * Final Interview & Offer (30-40 minutes)
