We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle HCM / E-Business Suite HRIS Developer to join a global HR IT team on a long-term contract basis, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role.
This is a fully remote position, supporting global HR systems across Oracle E-Business Suite HRIS and Oracle Cloud HCM. The role requires availability during Eastern U.S. business hours to ensure effective collaboration with international HR and IT stakeholders.

English: В2 Key Responsibilities * Development and configuration of Oracle E-Business Suite HRIS and Oracle Cloud HCM * Support HR modules: * Core HR * Absence Management * Time & Labor / Overtime * Compensation * Performance * Payroll * Develop and support: * BI Publisher / OTBI reports * Fast Formulas * HDL and WebADI * HR integrations with third-party systems (OIC preferred) * Production support, issue analysis, and system enhancements
Required Qualifications * 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HRIS / HCM development * Strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite HRIS and Oracle Cloud HCM * Experience with multiple Oracle HCM modules, including: * Core HR * Workforce Management * Absence Management * Time and Labor / Overtime * Compensation Management * Performance Management * Payroll * Proven experience with: * Interfaces and integrations * Reports (BI Publisher, OTBI) * Fast Formulas * HDL and WebADI * Strong understanding of HR and payroll business processes * Ability to work independently in a fully remote, contractor-based role * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Nice to have * Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) * REST / SOAP integrations * Java (basic) * Experience with global or multi-country payroll
