About the project: This role focuses on building and scaling a global professional community centered on IT services sector. The community supports expertise in business process optimization and software development, aiming to foster collaboration and growth among industry professionals worldwide. A new team member will be in charge of: * Developing and growing a global expert community in ERP, digital transformation, and software engineering. * Running ongoing engagement activities including discussions, polls, insights, AMAs, micro-events, and educational content. * Maintaining a consistent communication calendar across channels and ensuring community activity before, during, and after events. * Tracking community growth, engagement metrics, and event-driven conversions. * Planning, organizing, and executing quarterly online webinars and virtual summits on business process and digital product topics. * Managing every stage of each event from concept through follow-up, including speaker sourcing, promotion, rehearsal, and live delivery. * Coordinating promotional campaigns in collaboration with marketing teams across multiple channels. * Converting event attendees into marketing qualified leads through effective lead flows and nurturing. * Reporting on attendance, engagement, lead generation, influenced revenue, and overall event return on marketing investment. * Sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and managing internal and external speakers with preparation and rehearsal support. * Maintaining a structured speaker database and ensuring high-quality, educational presentations aligned with brand and services. * Developing and updating webinar materials including landing pages, emails, promotional assets, slide decks, speaker kits, and post-event summaries aligned with sales needs.
Does this relate to you? * 4–7 years of experience in community management, B2B webinars, online events, or audience engagement roles. * Experience in IT services, ERP implementation, SaaS, or software development environments is preferred. * Proven success running webinars with 100+ attendees resulting in measurable sales-qualified leads. * Strong understanding of ERP systems (Odoo, Dynamics 365 BC), digital transformation, and software development terminology. * Proficiency with webinar platforms such as Restream, Zoom, Big Marker or similar, and community management tools. * Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills for professional audiences. * Ability to engage, manage, and coach speakers and experts effectively. * Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI reporting, SQL tracking, and ROMI evaluation. * Familiarity with CRM and marketing systems including ClickUp, Pipedrive, Active Campaign, and Jira. * High-level project management and organizational capabilities to handle multiple events simultaneously. * Community-driven with excellent relationship building and engagement maintenance skills. * Structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. * English is Upper-intermediate.
