We are inviting a Payment Officer to join our Customer Success team to help them with processing requests, and transactions, managing communication, and improving internal processes! Your task: * Work 12-hour shifts (day and night), with a schedule that you choose yourself; * Processing requests in Slack from agents, VIP managers, and other teams quickly and masterfully; * Anti-fraud chat and bank transfers monitoring (decode), processing of each request; * Strict adherence to regulations; * Reporting bugs and problems with payment systems; * Communication with departments to resolve problems; * Sending emails when withdrawal is delayed, checking balances on payment systems; * Communication with payment providers, resolving transaction nuances; * Help in solving problems that users may encounter.
Our criteria: * 1+ years of working experience in this field; * Understanding the role of customer success manager on a project; * Analytical skill set; * Knowledge of fraud cases, i-gaming regulations, gamers’ behavior; * English level (B1-B2); * Knowledge and understanding of the i-gaming sphere and payment systems.
