We are building a senior engineering team for a US-based product company that develops a SaaS platform for automating expenses, payments, and back-office financial workflows. The product is in an active development stage.
Who We Are Looking For
A specialist who can take one of the following roles:
Technical Project Manager — strong technical background + exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills. Senior Development Lead — hands-on experience with Angular/.NET and proven technical leadership.
Both roles are key positions responsible for technical quality, planning, and communication with the US team.
Responsibilities * Participation in technical decision-making, architecture discussions, and review of technical documentation * Sprint planning, prioritization, release forecasting * Managing the technical roadmap, risks, and technical debt * Leading meetings with US stakeholders, weekly status updates to the CTO * Mentoring the team, ensuring code quality and adherence to SDLC
Requirements * 7-12 years of experience in development or technical management * 3-5 years in a Tech Lead / PM / Tech PM role * Experience with SaaS / enterprise systems * Strong understanding of architecture (hands-on ~30% for Lead role) * Tech stack: Angular, .NET, Azure (hands-on or high-level depending on the role) * English — C1/native-like
