Required Skills: * Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English (verbal & written) — must. * 2+ years of experience in IT sales or account management. * Strong communication and analytical skills. * Ability to understand client needs and offer relevant solutions. * Experience with LinkedIn or/and other channel outreach. * Understanding of software development process (UI/UX, Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps). * High self-motivation, ownership, and independence.
Responsibilities: * Build and grow a predictable sales pipeline through outbound and inbound channels. * Coordinate the work of the lead generation manager (if applicable), either independently or in cooperation. * Prepare strong proposals, presentations, and messaging tailored to specific ICP segments. * Test channels, hypotheses, and offers to continuously improve outreach performance. * Maintain CRM accuracy and provide reliable sales forecasting. * Prepare commercial proposals and participate in preliminary project scoping and requirements gathering. * Lead negotiations and close deals. * Build long-term relationships with clients and act as their primary point of contact. * Manage client expectations, scope, budget, and satisfaction. * Identify risks early and resolve issues before they escalate. * Conduct regular meetings and demos, staying fully aligned with the project context. * Drive upsell, cross-sell, renewals, referrals, and overall account expansion.
