Requirements: • Experience in all aspects of slot machine design and development (preference for online regulated market gaming experience); • Strong documentation skills with experience in business requirements, product documentation and/or training materials; • Experience working with technology teams; • Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and help lead game innovations.
Responsibilities: • Providing product management of slot games development from concept to launch; • Create an excellent player experience and continuously improve slot games production; • Identifying the market leaders and the key features/trends of the top-performing games from our own and similar industries; • Research,play and study slot games and watch market trends and competitors; • Together with game producer pick new games/features that will generate significant change in revenue; • Write high — level requirements and generate detailed requirements for slot games; • Work with all aspects of the product — development,math,compliance,marketing and sales; • Know the team and product strategy and KPI,so every game concept or new project will align and contribute to performance; • Develop the support materials and documentation necessary to ensure that stakeholder teams are able to leverage and/or support new features as quickly as possible (marketing,supporting,sales and more); • Manage and prioritize development of back-office/admin panel features (user management,risk tools,bonus systems,configuration); • Oversee creation and improvement of reporting systems (financial reports,player activity,regulatory compliance); • Define and deliver platform — level features not directly tied to games (CRM tools,segmentation,promotions engine,monitoring systems); • Coordinate integrations with external partners (aggregators,operators,payment systems, third — party providers); • Ensure regulatory compliance across the entire platform,not only the games; • Own the overall product roadmap of the provider,aligning both game development and platform development with company goals.
