About the Position: LetsData is looking for a part-time/freelance partner to strengthen our leadership team’s LinkedIn presence and overall public visibility. The role can range from pure LinkedIn management to broader executive brand-building, depending on your experience and preferred scope. We operate in the fields of AI, cybersecurity, information operations, and disinformation analysis, so we need someone who can turn complex ideas into accessible, compelling content. Your mission: help us explain what we do and why it matters in a way that resonates with cybersecurity professionals, government partners, and mission-driven organizations. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your work will directly shape how the world perceives us.
Format: Part-time / Freelance Location: Remote, Ukraine, EMEA While LetsData’s main hubs are in Kyiv, Lviv, and New York, we operate as a fully remote team. This means that you can work from anywhere, and we welcome applications from candidates based in the EMEA region. We believe in the power of diverse perspectives and understand that talent is not limited by geographical boundaries. We’re Looking for Someone With: * Exceptional English writing and editing skills. * Ability to quickly grasp and communicate topics in cybersecurity, AI, information operations, and tech. * Experience ghostwriting or managing executive-level social media accounts. * Comfortable working independently, proposing ideas, and structuring content. * Familiarity with media, civil society, cyber, or tech spaces is an advantage, though not required.
What You’ll Do: You will help develop and grow the public presence of 2–3 LetsData profiles by taking ownership of some or all of the following responsibilities (depending on your scope and skill set): * Core Responsibilities (LinkedIn-Focused) * Manage and grow up to two executive+one company LinkedIn accounts. * Draft and schedule 1-2 posts per person per week, using inputs/ideas from our team. * Maintain a clear, consistent tone of voice across profiles. * Monitor and boost engagement, flag and interact with important comments, and support light community interaction. * Track performance, analyze what resonates, and iterate on content strategy. * Expected workload: 10-15 hours/week.
Extended Responsibilities (Executive Visibility & Brand-Building): If your experience allows, we may expand the role to include broader visibility work: * Identify and recommend relevant conferences, panels, and events; support speaker outreach and pitching. * Assist with ghostwriting op-eds, articles, and commentary pieces. * Support selective media engagement (interviews, expert quotes, opinion pieces). * Build and maintain a more holistic executive visibility strategy across channels. * Expected workload (if extended): 15-20 hours/week.
