REQUIREMENTS: * 1 year of experience in positions such as Integration Manager, Project Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, Tech Support, or QA * Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients and vendors * Experience coordinating between technical and business teams (Developers, QA, DevOps, business departments) * Experience in handling integrations and resolving internal development team blockers * Experience in writing integration and user guides * Experience with API integrations is a plus * Experience in Adtech / Big Data / Telecom / E-commerce is a plus * Intermediate+ level of English for confident work with documentation
RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage the full integration cycle (from requirements gathering to production launch) and oversee each phase * Monitor integrations and ensure their stable performance in production * Communicate with clients to gather and clarify requirements, managing client expectations regarding integration timelines and quality * Coordinate between technical and business teams * Analyze technical documentation and agree on integration terms * Optimize and improve integration processes * Maintain reporting on integrations
