Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for an Operations Lead and Integrator for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client is a multi-brand, multi-channel company operating in the natural beauty and wellness space.
This role exists to own operations end-to-end, reduce founder dependency, and bring order, prioritization, and execution discipline to a growing business.
It is not a coordinator or support role. It is designed for someone who wants to become a right-hand to the founder and grow into a General Manager/Integrator role over time.
Over time, success in this role may expand into: * Owning broader financial and operational KPIs; * Managing contractors or team members; * Leading planning and execution across departments; * Acting as second-in-command when the founder is unavailable.
Requirements * Proven experience owning operations, inventory, or supply-chain-related outcomes in an e-commerce or consumer product business. * Experience working with imperfect data and making reasonable assumptions. * Be comfortable working directly with founders or senior leadership. * Strong analytical and prioritization skills * Knowledge of Shopify and inventory systems. * Experience in natural beauty, wellness, or regulated consumer products is helpful but not required. * The ability to provide direct, respectful communication. * The ability to receive and act on feedback quickly. * Accountability without defensiveness. * Respect for operating in a mission-driven, values-led business. * Professionalism over ego. You do not need to live a “natural” lifestyle — but you must respect customer trust, transparency, and operational rigor. * You like being accountable for outcomes, not just tasks. * You are calm under pressure and decisive when things are unclear. * You enjoy building systems, prioritizing work, and making tradeoffs. * You naturally think in terms of risk, impact, and leverage. * You are comfortable making decisions without perfect information. * You want to increase ownership and responsibility over time. * You are comfortable being the person who makes the call — even when the founder isn’t available.
This role is not a fit if * You prefer being given tasks rather than defining priorities * You need frequent reassurance or validation to perform well * You enjoy marketing, brand storytelling, or creative work more than operations * You avoid difficult decisions or accountability for results
Responsibilities * Provide inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment decisions. * Work with operational systems (Shopify, inventory tools, Monday, reporting). * Manage wholesale orders and relationships. * Conduct cross-functional prioritization between inventory, customer service, marketing, and fulfillment. * Identify risks before they become problems (stockouts, overstocks, delays, data issues). * Create clarity where processes are messy or undefined. * Ensure leadership always has a clear view of what matters most.
You will be expected to: * See problems early; * Make recommendations confidently; * Take ownership of fixing issues end-to-end; * Communicate proactively when tradeoffs or risks exist.
What success looks like (first 12 months): * Inventory decisions are accurate, timely, and proactive; * Weekly operational reporting happens without being chased; * Systems reflect reality, not intention; * Fewer emergencies and less reactive decision-making; * The founder is no longer the operational bottleneck; * You are trusted to run operations independently.
We offer * US and EU projects based on advanced technologies. * Competitive compensation based on skills and experience. * Regular performance appraisals to support your growth. * Flexibility in workspace, either remote or in one of our development offices. * Comprehensive medical insurance, including dental and massages. * Personalized learning program tailored to your interests and skill development. * Sport reimbursement program for onsite and online activities. * Bonuses for recommendations of new employees. * Bonuses for article writing, public talks, and other activities. * 20 vacation days, 10 national holidays and 5 sick leaves. * Maternity leave policy and family days off. * Free tech webinars and meetups organized by Svitla. * Welcome and anniversary presents, gifts for children, and more. * Regular corporate events and meetups. * Awesome team, friendly and supportive community!
