We’re looking for a proactive SRM / Lead Generator to help us grow our business pipeline and build strong relationships with potential clients. This role combines strategic lead generation with relationship management — you’ll identify prospects, initiate conversations, qualify opportunities, and nurture connections that lead to long-term partnerships.
What will you do: * Research and identify potential clients in FinTech, SaaS, and tech outsourcing domains. * Develop and maintain an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas. * Generate qualified leads through various channels: LinkedIn, email outreach, events, and partnerships. * Conduct initial qualification calls and discovery sessions. * Manage and nurture relationships with prospects — keep communication active and relevant. * Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and sales teams to align lead generation strategies. * Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot / Pipedrive or similar). * Analyze campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements. * Prepare weekly and monthly reports on pipeline growth and lead quality.
Requirements: * Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in English * 0.5 + years of experience in B2B lead generation / SRM / sales development. * Understanding of the sales funnel, qualification processes, and conversion metrics. * Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.). * Ability to craft personalized outreach messages and manage multi-channel campaigns. * Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Nice-to-have: * Familiarity with email automation tools (Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). * Understanding of basic marketing principles and buyer journey stages. * Analytical mindset — ability to measure and improve conversion rates. * Team player attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in sales/business development.
