Binariks is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior .Net Engineer to join the healthcare project (EU) to strengthen backend capabilities and integrations that power clinical workflows. Our client is scaling a platform to helps people with chronic conditions — such as heart failure and diabetes — receive proactive, preventive, and data-driven care where they feel safest: at home.
What We’re Looking For * 5+ years of proven experience with .Net * Healthcare experience (in digital health/medtech, device integrations, or clinical workflows) is a must * Proven track record building scalable microservices and well-designed REST APIs * Hands-on with Azure (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, storage, monitoring) * Experience with Azure DevOps, Kubernetes/containers, IaC concepts * Hands-on with data stores: SQL Server / PostgreSQL, plus familiarity with NoSQL is a plus * Strong grounding in software design principles (SOLID, Clean Architecture), testing, and observability * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Good written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work effectively in a team setting * Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements * At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English for daily communication
Your Responsibilities: * Own and deliver backend services and public/internal REST APIs built with .NET (C#) in a microservices environment * Collaborate across product, clinical, and frontend teams to design and ship end-to-end features that support real clinical flows * Raise our quality bar: define test strategies, improve unit/integration/e2e coverage, and drive reliability and performance * Evolve our architecture and codebase: propose refactoring plans, manage tech debt, and ensure we stay modern and maintainable * Shape and improve ways of working with the team (Agile ceremonies, estimations, reviews, retros) * Contribute to DevEx & CI/CD with Azure DevOps (pipelines, environments) and Kubernetes (containerization, deployment) * Mentor teammates, conduct code reviews, and champion clean code, SOLID, and security best practices suitable for health-tech
