Country: the USA
Team: on our side — 5 developers (supporting several projects, non-Salesforce, custom development), 9 QAs (entire system), and a team of 10-15 Salesforce developers on the client’s side. There is an experienced tech manager on the client’s side who can support with Salesforce challenges.

Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. * Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, and other Salesforce technologies. * Implement and manage Salesforce core functionalities. * Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.
Required Qualifications * Minimum of 5 years in the IT industry. * Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in Salesforce development. * Proficient in Apex and Lightning Components. * Strong knowledge of Flow. * Knowledge of backend development tools: Apex, SOQL, SOSL. * Knowledge of frontend development tools: LWC, JavaScript, CSS. * Hands-on experience with Salesforce core functionalities. * Understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization, and configuration. * English B2 or higher (regular calls). * Passed Salesforce Training.
Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD (environments, pipelines, version control). * Experience with microservice architecture. * Experience API Development. * Experience in Java or similar languages (.NET, JS, etc). * Experience with Visualforce framework (UI). * Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. * Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Workato, or similar. * Experience with data migration, integration, and deployment processes. * Experience with PayPal integration. * Experience with Jira. * Salesforce Certifications.
