Role Overview As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will play a key role in scaling our engineering teams by sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier IT professionals. You will drive the full-cycle recruitment process, partner closely with hiring managers, and contribute to building efficient recruitment strategies and best practices.
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior IT Recruiter to join our team and help us find the best tech talent in the market.
What You’ll Do * Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and closing, for a variety of IT roles ( Markup, Front (React), Node.js, Manual QA, FullStack QA, BA, PO, Data Engineer, UI, 2d, Graph Designer) * Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates, using platforms like LinkedIn, professional networks, and job boards. * Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. * Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. * Maintain and update candidate pipelines in ATS systems.
What We’re Looking For * 3+ years of proven IT recruitment experience (agency or in-house, preferably in outstaffing/outsourcing). * Strong sourcing skills and ability to find talent across various platforms. * Proven track record of successfully hiring for a wide range of technical roles. * Strong understanding of modern software development stacks and technologies. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a must. * Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive, results-oriented attitude.
