Key Responsibilities * Strategize, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads. * Manage and expand campaigns on Capterra, X.com (Twitter), Quora, and Reddit. * Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor benchmarking. * Write engaging ad copy tailored to homeowners, arborists, and decision-makers. * Run A/B tests on ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages to boost performance. * Track and analyze results using Google Analytics, GA4, and Tag Manager. * Optimize bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI and reduce CPA. * Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights. * Stay updated on the latest PPC trends, AI tools, and platform updates.
Requirements * Minimum B2 English proficiency (written and spoken). * Proven success managing large ad budgets (please provide screenshots or case studies as proof). * Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads. * Experience with Capterra, Quora, Reddit, and X Ads is highly desirable. * Strong copywriting skills and ability to create compelling ad variations. * Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. * Skilled in budget optimization, bidding strategies, and scaling campaigns. * Comfortable working remotely with time tracker monitoring. * Experience with both B2B SaaS (preferred) and B2C local services.
Nice to Have * CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and landing page testing experience. * SaaS or CRM marketing background. * Knowledge of the tree care, landscaping, or home services industry.
