aqua cloud is looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and help scale our presence in international markets. Our product — a first-in-class Test Management Solution — has already established a strong foothold in the German market, and now we’re expanding globally.
With a proven outreach system that currently achieves a 30% response rate, and active integration of AI in both our product and our marketing & sales processes, we’re ready to bring in a specialist who can take our lead generation to the next level.
What you will do: * Convert replies from outbound and inbound into discovery calls with Sales Executives. * Monitor ongoing outreach campaigns and ensure smooth execution. * Relaunch or adjust campaigns when necessary. * Respond to inbound replies and nurture prospects. * Adjust messaging and suggest other measures to improve conversion. * (Optional, but a plus) Conduct follow-up calls with no-shows to re-engage them.
Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound lead generation. * Advanced written English; advanced spoken English is a strong plus. * Hands-on experience with LinkedIn automation tools and understanding of their workflows. * Proven ability to drive conversions from outreach to booked meetings. * Soft skills: curiosity, proactiveness, creativity, and a strong desire and ability to learn fast.
