We are looking for a tech-savvy and proactive recruiter with a strong background in staffing for e-commerce and tech roles, who is experienced in sourcing automation, recruitment analytics, and candidate experience best practices. As part of our People & Growth team, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle across technical, creative, and operational roles — ensuring fast, data-driven, and high-quality hiring.
Requirements:
— 2-3+ years of proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), preferably in the e-commerce, IT, or digital sectors. — Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, automation tools, and recruitment metrics. — Native/ fluent Ukrainian and confident English communication skills (written and verbal). — Hands-on experience with ATS, CRM tools, recruitment extensions, and LinkedIn sourcing. — Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously. — Proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and comfort working fully remotely.
Responsibilities:
— Own the end-to-end recruitment process: from job brief to offer acceptance. — Source candidates using automated tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, AmazingHiring, SeekOut, etc.), Boolean search, and AI plugins (Magical, Zaplify). — Drive proactive sourcing campaigns for key roles: developers (Shopify, Magento, Shopware etc.), QAs, PM, BA, DevOps. — Conduct screening interviews, assess soft and technical fit, and manage candidate experience. — Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the Staffing Operations Manager to understand current hiring needs and shape recruitment strategy. — Optimize and maintain the recruitment pipeline in ATS (preferably Hurma). — Report on key hiring KPIs: time-to-hire, source effectiveness, pipeline health. — Ensure full compliance with GDPR when handling candidate data.
Would be a plus:
— Experience with international or multicultural teams/ clients. — Background in staffing on the EU market.
