Produce external docs: * API integration guides (REST/WebSocket) * setup/configuration manuals * quick-start guides for client companies * error handling and best-practice documentation
Standardize terminology, formatting, and document structure across all materials.
Must-have requirements * Proven experience delivering similar technical documentation projects (internal onboarding + external client/API docs). * Strong ability to learn and explain complex systems by working directly with engineering teams. * Ability to communicate effectively with developers and stakeholders. * Experience documenting backend/platform systems and APIs. * Excellent information architecture and documentation structuring skills.
English requirement (mandatory, strict) * English (mandatory): Native or near-native proficiency (CEFR C2 or equivalent) in both written and spoken English. * You must be able to write production-ready technical documentation without heavy editing.
Nice to have * Familiarity with .NET/C#, Azure services, SQL, Docker/Kubernetes, WebSockets. * Experience in fintech, trading, or real-time data systems. * Experience with docs-as-code workflows and versioned documentation.
