Role Overview
As our Software Architect, you will be one of the key technical decision-maker guiding the evolution of our systems and products. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to define architectural direction, build prototypes, and ensure our technical solutions are scalable, maintainable, and future-proof. You will balance innovation with risk management, championing technical excellence while aligning with business goals.
Key Responsibilities * Architecture & Design * Define, document, and communicate the overall system architecture, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives. * Design solutions that integrate our back-end, front-end, and Windows-based applications seamlessly. * Ensure scalability, security, and performance in all architectural decisions. * Prototyping & Innovation * Build quick, functional prototypes to validate concepts and de-risk decisions. * Stay ahead of emerging technologies, especially AI and cloud advancements, and assess their potential impact. * Leadership & Collaboration * Act as a trusted advisor to R&D team, providing clear architectural guidance. * Collaborate with product owners and other stakeholders to ensure technology decisions align with business needs. * Protect and advocate for the architectural vision in the face of evolving requirements or proposed changes. * Risk Management * Identify and mitigate architectural risks early in the design phase. * Balance innovation with technical debt and long-term maintainability.
Required Skills & Experience * Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Principal Engineer, or Software Architect. * Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency, capable of engaging with executive-level stakeholders from large enterprise clients, articulating and defending architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Event-driven architectures and distributed systems. * Designing systems for large-scale data processing and real-time analytics. * Understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to integrate them into architectural planning.
Nice to Have * Experience with Azure Services. * Prior work in highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments. * Experience with DevOps practices.
