We’re looking for a Copywriter who can craft smart, engaging content about our work with AI, software architecture, and real-world tech applications. You’ll work side by side with engineers, product leads, and the CEO to translate raw technical insights into sharp, digestible stories — like the ones we publish here:softcery.com/lab
We are looking for our future team member in Lviv, as we have meetings at a coworking space. We also regularly organize online and offline meetings with the entire team to keep in touch, even during remote work.
What You’ll Do: * Deep-dive articles about how our systems work (AI voice bots, backend logic, APIs, integrations). * Content that showcases our engineering culture and technical approach. * Case-study-style stories that make custom tech projects understandable and engaging. * Blog posts based on interviews with team leads and technical experts. * UX microcopy, landing page content, and product or company presentation materials (e.g. pitch decks).
What We’re Looking For: * 1–3 years of experience in copywriting, technical writing, or content-related roles. * The ability to explain complex things in simple terms — and enjoyment of this task. * Curiosity about how artificial intelligence systems and SaaS products are built and used. * Confidence in writing in English at an above-average level (B2+). * Ability to work with raw notes, interviews, and reference materials to create polished texts.
Nice to nave: * Experience in computer science, engineering, or products. * Previous writing experience on AI, SaaS, APIs, or development teams. * Knowledge of the difference between ChatGPT and a specially trained LLM. * Experience interviewing experts in the relevant field. * Previous experience working with technical teams.
