We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Middle Affiliate Manager to join our amazing team. You’re a good fit for us if: * 2+ years of experience in the iGaming industry, working with affiliate networks and webmasters * Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models: CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid * Experience in analyzing traffic and key performance metrics (CR, EPC, ROI, LTV) * Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term partnerships * Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
Areas of responsibility: * Identify, onboard, and develop new partners (webmasters, teams, affiliate networks) * Manage and scale existing partners * Monitor traffic quality and volumes * Optimize campaigns and improve performance (ROI) * Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports * Negotiate and agree on cooperation terms (rates, payment models) * Monitor market trends and competitors * Ensure fraud prevention and compliance control
Will be a plus: * Own database of partners/webmasters in the Ukrainian market * Experience working with iGaming products
