We’re not looking for just another Automation QA. We’re looking for the one — a sharp technical mind who sees through flaky tests, builds resilient testing architectures, and gains client trust from the very first Zoom call.
One of the core systems you’ll work on is an enterprise-grade financial platform that processes thousands of funding applications — with dynamic forms, a configurable rules engine, multi-step workflows, and integrations with identity, tax, and registry systems. This is not an abstract playground: your work directly impacts critical infrastructures used by public and institutional clients across Europe.
If you know not just how to write a test, but also why tests fail, how to stabilize automation in distributed systems, how to embed QA into CI/CD pipelines, and how to explain this to clients in clear, confident English — we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities * 50% — Core Automation (main project): Design and develop resilient test frameworks and pipelines, implement UI/API/integration testing for a large-scale financial applicationwith complex workflows, configurable business logic, and high integration demands. * 20% — Internal Consulting: Support multiple in-house QA teams across different stacks, helping them eliminate flaky tests, improve tooling, enhance test strategies, and optimize CI/CD. * 30% — External & Presales: Contribute to presales activities, advise external clients on QA automation architecture and processes, and act as a trusted consultant in technical discussions.
Requirements / Required Skills and Experience * 7+ years in Test Automation, with strong focus on coding, framework architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and QA strategy. * Programming languages: Java, plus one: Python (pytest) or JavaScript/TypeScript (Playwright). * Proven experience in building UI automation frameworks from scratch and maintaining them long-term. * Hands-on experience testing high-load microservices and async messaging systems. * Solid understanding of DevOps processes: Docker, Kubernetes, major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure). * Deep understanding of tool internals: Selenium/WebDriver internals, Playwright event loop and async model, Python GIL, Java threads and garbage collection. * Experience with performance and security testing. * Excellent English (C1): capable of leading architecture calls, mentoring teams, and engaging confidently with international clients.
Nice to Have * Experience designing QA architectures in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government). * Contributions to open-source QA tools or custom utility development. * Knowledge of observability and distributed tracing (Jaeger, OpenTelemetry, or equivalents). * Advanced test strategies: e2e + contract testing, chaos testing, complex canary deployments.
