Project: Our customer is a big US-based company that develops Database Tools, Developer Tools, and Test Management Tools. These solutions are provided to enterprise customers worldwide. Our QA team works with a number of different products: web, mobile, and desktop. Your task will be completing QA activities on a limited scope of tickets/features within limited periods of time, switching between different tasks and platforms on a regular basis.
Requirements: * 0-1 year of experience in testing web and mobile (Android, iOS) applications; * English: Upper-Intermediate (written & spoken, for communication with the team); * Basic understanding of QA methodologies, tools, processes, SDLC, and bug lifecycle; * Experience or basic knowledge of Jira, TestRail, and Microsoft Teams; * Understanding of Agile principles, attention to detail, ability to work on multiple tasks under deadlines; * Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to different projects and platforms; * Basic knowledge or practical experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman); * Basic knowledge of SQL and working with databases.
Nice to have (not required but will be a plus): * Experience with IDEs for mobile development (Android Studio, Xcode); * Familiarity with GitHub or other version control tools; * Understanding of CI/CD processes; * Basic coding or automation skills (Java, JavaScript, C#, or Python).
Responsibilities: * Participate in testing of web, mobile, and desktop applications; * Review, update, and execute test cases; * Report bugs, track their status, and verify fixes; * Set up and maintain your work environment; * Collaborate with English-speaking development teams; * Provide regular updates to the team lead and/or customer.
