About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Content Manager/ Video Editor with strong motion graphics and AI skills to join our team. You’ll produce high-quality, engaging English-language video content for our YouTube channel and educational platform, including promotional videos, tutorials, reels, podcasts, courses and more—primarily in the IT educational domain.
Your expertise in video editing and motion graphics will be essential in translating complex tech topics into compelling visual content. This role is ideal for someone with experience in video production and content management, particularly in fast-paced, high-volume YouTube environments.
Key Responsibilities: * Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos with seamless transitions, synchronized audio, and strong pacing. * Create visually appealing motion graphics, including animated titles, lower thirds, intros/outros, and 2D/3D animations. * Collaborate with writers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain a cohesive brand narrative and visual style. * Manage video content for YouTube and other platforms, ensuring consistent quality and optimization for audience engagement. * Maintain organized video libraries, asset folders, and project files for future reference and reuse. * Ensure all video content complies with copyright and licensing regulations for music, footage, and sound effects. * Troubleshoot and resolve editing or rendering issues, ensuring all outputs meet technical and creative standards. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. * Stay updated on industry trends, platform best practices, and the latest developments in video editing and motion design. * Leverage AI tools (where appropriate) to streamline video production and enhance content delivery. * Apply working knowledge of production processes, including shooting, lighting, and sound, to support production planning.
Requirements: * Proven experience as a Video Content Manager or Video Editor, AI Creator, Reals maker, Youtube maker preferably in digital media or content marketing. * Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing, content creation, and motion graphics (2D/3D). * Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). * Proficiency in motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Blender). * Familiarity with AI tools and platforms such as ElevenLabs, HeyGen and Riverside.fm. * Previous experience managing content for high-volume YouTube channels is essential. * Solid understanding of video production workflows, including pre-production, production, and post. * Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, pacing, and visual storytelling. * Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. * Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. * Knowledge of copyright laws and licensing for video/audio content. * Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English (both written and spoken). * Experience using AI tools (e.g., for scripting, automation, or enhancement) is a plus. * A degree in Film Production, Video Editing, Animation, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Nice to Have: * Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, or other advanced video/motion tools. * Understanding of YouTube SEO and analytics. * Experience in managing video content calendars and campaign timelines.
