We’re looking for a Content Specialist to join our Content Team and help us scale high-quality, SEO/LLM-optimized content across multiple channels. What will you do?
As our Content Specialist, you’ll support the execution, optimization, and localization of content. Your focus will be on creating high-quality, SEO/LLM-optimized materials that drive traffic, attract new users, and strengthen our brand. You’ll work closely with both internal and external contributors, including designers, content writers, video-editors and developers, to ensure all content meets our standards and aligns with business goals.
Here’s how your responsibilities will look like:
50% Blog content creation & optimization: You’ll draft, edit, and publish blog articles, manage content in the CMS, localize it for multiple locales (PL/DE/FR/ES) with the help of localization experts and AI-playbooks, and regularly optimize published content for SEO, LLMs and overall performance.
40% Templates content management: You’ll draft and publish certificate template descriptions using AI-playbooks and CMS, and optimize the existing catalogue of certificate template collections for SEO/LLM.
5% Video content support: You’ll prepare content descriptions for videos (ex. customer testimonials, product integrations, SEO videos), and handle their upload, management, and publishing on YouTube.
5% Social media management: You’ll execute the content calendar by drafting, scheduling, and publishing social media posts.
What Do You Need to Succeed? * 1–3 years of experience in creating, managing, and optimizing content. * Solid understanding of content creation best practices and a clear sense of what defines high-quality content. * Basic knowledge of SEO principles and a willingness to learn and apply optimization techniques. * Experience collaborating with cross-functional contributors such as content writers, designers, SEO specialists, and developers. * C1+ level English required: You should be fully comfortable writing, editing, and communicating in English in a professional context. * Strong project-management skills and the ability to stay focused and productive in a fast-paced, product-oriented environment. * Experience with content management/ uploading/ publishing using CMS systems. * Experience working with AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) to streamline content creation and tools like Surfer/Frase to support optimization. * Experience working with localized content across multiple markets is a plus. * Basic understanding of Figma is a plus.
