The ideal candidate’s skills include: * 5+ years of experience in visual design and video editing roles — ideally in an agency or in-house creative studio * Strong foundation in design principles, with the ability to work in systems and translate concepts into cohesive visual narratives * Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) * Confident use of Figma, especially within shared workspaces and design systems * A portfolio that demonstrates creative range across branding, motion, video, and digital experiences * Experience creating content for B2B, tech, or innovation-driven brands * Visionary thinking — a knack for pushing ideas, evolving design craft, and seeing creative opportunities others miss * Excellent eye for typography, layout, pacing, and visual storytelling * A collaborative mindset, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams * Ability to manage multiple projects and feedback loops with focus, flexibility, and attention to detail * Upper-Intermediate English level * Strong communication and presentation skills * Strong desire to learn more about business every day
The Role We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join our global marketing team — an in-house creative agency driving bold, design-led storytelling across the Valtech brand. This is a full-time, 1-year contract role with the potential to grow into client work after the end of this contract.
You’ll bring a high level of craft across static, motion, and video — helping us shape distinctive visual narratives that stand out in the B2B world. From integrated content campaigns to creative activations and social storytelling, you’ll help elevate how Valtech shows up globally. What you`ll do: * Design and deliver a wide range of creative assets across brand, campaign, and content formats — static, motion, and video * Lead full production cycles — from early creative development and storyboarding to hands-on editing, animation, and final delivery * Craft standout visuals across digital and print: social media, YouTube, events, landing pages, sales decks, internal comms, and more * Translate creative briefs into compelling visual narratives, ensuring every asset is high-impact, on-brand, and stakeholder-ready * Storyboard and prototype as needed to streamline feedback and pre-production alignment * Edit and polish video content including color correction, sound design, motion graphics, animation, and export for multiple platforms * Push creative boundaries — integrating new techniques, motion trends, and design thinking into the work * Collaborate cross-functionally with writers, marketers, strategists, and industry leads to align storytelling with business strategy * Support team craft by contributing to best practices, visual consistency, and structured file management
