Minimum Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (minimum 3 years preferred). * Strong command of Microsoft Azure ecosystem and services. * Proficiency in .NET Core / C# and modern Angular. * Demonstrated experience managing SQL Server and deploying via CI/CD pipelines. * Ability to work independently, troubleshoot legacy code, and redeploy complex systems. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
First Technical Task (Pass/Fail):
You will be provided access to our Azure DevOps repository. You must: * Successfully clone the entire source code. * Set up a fresh, functioning deployment (backend + frontend + DB) in another cloud or isolated test environment. * Prove that key integrations (SignalR, Twilio, Google Calendar) function as expected. * Complete this within a mutually agreed-upon window (e.g., 5 business days).
Additional Skills * Experience with Docker/Kubernetes. * Knowledge of other clouds (AWS/GCP). * Familiarity with SSO/SAML/OAuth security patterns. * UX/UI awareness and ability to implement responsive layouts.
Responsibilities * Own and maintain the full lifecycle of core web application. * Analyze and fully understand our current codebase, hosted in Azure DevOps. * Rebuild and deploy the application independently in another cloud environment (e.g., AWS, GCP, even locally with Docker). * Maintain all integrations (e.g., Twilio, Google Calendar, third-party APIs). * Improve performance, security, and scalability as needed. * Act as sole point of contact for technical infrastructure and codebase continuity. * Collaborate directly with business leadership for prioritization and alignment.
