Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. About The Role You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Agency teams to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support go-to-market plans and business objectives.
Duration of the project: Six months initially, with potential for extension. Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing and demand generation, preferably in SaaS or sustainability-focused companies. * Knowledge of digital platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, 6sense, SEO, and email automation tools. * Experience planning and optimizing campaigns across SEM, display, paid social, and website. * Advanced knowledge of MarTech and campaign performance analytics. * Strong understanding of ABM strategies and tools, with demonstrated success executing personalized campaigns. * Experience in A/B testing and using data to optimize marketing programs continuously. * Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills. * Strong skills in project management with the ability to prioritize and lead complex initiatives. * Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive results. * German-speaking experience in marketing/ demand generation in the DACH region. * Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
Responsibilities: * Lead the strategy, creative development, and execution of full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms (SEM, paid social, display, email, etc.) to generate a qualified pipeline and drive growth. * Own the digital execution of GTM strategies for product launches, new features, and partnerships. Align efforts across Product, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders. * Build and optimize ABM programs targeting key accounts, utilizing platforms such as 6sense, LinkedIn, and email. * Partner with Sales to create impactful assets, such as playbooks, case studies, and training materials, that support pipeline acceleration. * Conduct market and competitive research to inform campaign messaging and positioning. Utilize analytics to gain insight into audience behavior and refine your targeting. * Contribute to content strategies that establish thought leadership—such as webinars, blogs, and whitepapers—within the product sustainability and SaaS space. * Use MarTech platforms to manage and optimize campaign performance, measure ROI, and improve marketing efficiency. * Act as a connector across teams to drive integrated marketing strategies and shared KPIs.
