What makes you a great fit: * 3+ years of experience in frontend engineering, no-code/low-code platforms, or Webflow development * Strong portfolio of Webflow projects (live links preferred) * Fluent in Figma; able to handle design handoffs and light edits * Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for light integrations (e.g. embeds, Webhooks) * Experience with Webflow CMS and site architecture * Understanding of UX flows, responsiveness, and performance optimization * Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
Your day-to-day in this position: * Own Webflow development across the site, marketing pages, landing pages, and growth experiments * Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow builds * Implement smooth UX and micro-interactions using native Webflow tools and light custom code * Collaborate with marketing and design teams to execute fast-paced go-to-market campaigns * Ensure technical SEO best practices, performance optimization, and accessibility standards * Maintain and improve Webflow CMS and design system scalability * Monitor performance and user behaviour using tools like Google Analytics and VWO * Continuously improve conversion flow and UX through data-backed testing and iteration
