We’re launching a new product and building a strong team. We’re seeking a Senior Front-End Developer (React) to join our growing team and shape the user experience of an exciting new startup — crafting a product where innovation meets seamless interaction.

What you will do: — Build and maintain scalable, high-performance Single Page Applications (SPA) using React and modern frontend tooling. — Craft robust and user-friendly Progressive Web Apps (PWA), implementing features like Service Workers, App Shell, offline mode, Web Manifest, and “add to home screen” capabilities. — Account for platform-specific quirks — from iOS autoplay policies to storage limitations and WebView constraints — ensuring seamless media playback and offline functionality across devices. — Develop custom video players with intelligent caching, preload strategies, and adaptive support for iOS/Android WebViews. — Master caching strategies using Cache API, IndexedDB, and techniques like stale-while-revalidate, network-first, and smart fallbacks. — Integrate product analytics and experimentation frameworks, including Amplitude, feature flags, and custom event tracking for informed decision-making. — Create delightful experiences with Lottie animations, tailored UI components, and GPU-conscious DOM optimizations. — Continuously monitor and fine-tune app performance using tools like Lighthouse, Web Vitals, Sentry, Chrome DevTools, and network throttling.
About you: — 5+ years in software development, with 2+ years of commercial React experience. — Strong skills in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+). — Hands-on experience with Redux Toolkit and building scalable, component-based systems. — Experience with testing tools: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress. — Proficient in build optimization using Vite/Webpack and performance profiling (DevTools, Lighthouse). — Strong communication and decision-making skills; — Good command of English.
