Our products are used daily by thousands of users in Tier 1 countries (US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.). As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Google Ads Specialist (strong Junior or Middle level) to help scale our existing products and support new launches through high-performing, data-driven campaigns.
Location: Remote
Schedule: Full-time, working hours: 13:00–21:00 (Kyiv time)
Salary: $1500—$2000 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities: * Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns to achieve key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, etc.) * Manage user acquisition campaigns focused on product growth and retention * Run A/B tests and develop hypotheses to improve ad performance * Analyze key product metrics such as LTV, ARPPU, Churn to guide advertising strategy * Manage budgets across Tier 1 markets * Use tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Google Sheets for performance tracking and reporting
Requirements * 1+ year of experience running Google Ads campaigns (experience with Bing/Yahoo is a plus) * Hands-on experience working with performance-based (ROMI-focused) products * Proven success in scaling search campaigns in Tier 1 GEOs * Strong knowledge of key metrics: CPA, ROAS, ARPPU, LTV, churn, etc. * Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools * Self-starter mindset, ability to take ownership and work independently * Availability for full-time work, with required online presence from 13:00 to 21:00 Kyiv time
